We additionally provide surveillance and care for children and adolescents with cancer predisposition syndromes. Facilities include inpatient and outpatient services and a dedicated translational laboratory.

Role in ON-COME

Our team will participate in several work packages within the ON-COME project, starting with WP2, where we are involved in the mapping of psycho-oncological services in Greece and Cyprus, identifying gaps and implementing a standardised blueprint for the oncological patient journey.

In WP3, we will support the development of the common data model and architecture, and will provide both retrospective data (such as existing neuropsychological assessments) and collect prospective data for AI model training.

Several members of our team will take part in trainings organised through WP4, mainly for the enhancement of psychosocial support skills promoting the use of digital tools among healthcare professionals.

Finally, in WP5, our team will participate in the piloting of the Unified Service System developed through ON-COME. We look forward to contributing to the implementation of newly developed care services and to the adoption of digital tools, with the aim of improving patients’ quality of life and supporting their neuropsychological rehabilitation. We will also participate in the active monitoring of pilot outcomes and in ensuring the sustainability of the implemented care services.
